Privacy Policy

Effective August 11, 2026 Last updated August 11, 2026

1. Who we are

Trazo ("Trazo," "we," "us," or "our") builds websites and provides marketing services for small businesses on Long Island, New York. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through trazony.com, through our phone and text communications, and through the services we provide to clients — and what we do with it.

By using our website or communicating with us, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit information to us.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

Information collected automatically

Information from other sources

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your contact information to data brokers.

4. SMS and text messaging

Our commitment on mobile data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging delivery platforms, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How you opt in

We send text messages only to people who have given us permission. You may opt in by:

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

What we send

Message frequency, rates, and carriers

How to stop or get help

5. Email communications

We send email to clients about their projects and accounts, and to business contacts about our services. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. Transactional emails — invoices, project files, account and security notices — may still be sent to active clients because they are necessary to deliver the service you purchased.

We use standard email delivery infrastructure that may record whether a message was delivered, opened, or clicked, so we know whether our messages are reaching people.

6. How we share information

We share information only in these situations:

As stated in Section 4, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how it is used. This may include analytics services that report aggregate visitor behavior — pages viewed, time on page, and general geographic region.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site function. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we do not currently respond to it, because no common standard for that signal has been adopted.

8. Client and end-customer data

When we build or operate a website, lead form, or follow-up system for a client, that client's own customers may submit information through it — names, phone numbers, email addresses, and details about the work they need.

In that situation the client is the owner of that data and we act as a service provider on their behalf. We use it only to deliver the service the client engaged us for. We do not use one client's customer list to market to another client, and we do not sell or repurpose it. Each client is responsible for maintaining their own privacy notice covering how they handle their customers' information.

9. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations — generally seven years for billing and contract records. Inquiry records from people who never became clients are kept for up to two years and then removed. Opt-out and unsubscribe records are kept indefinitely, because we need them to make sure we keep honoring your request.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable third-party infrastructure for hosting, payments, and messaging.

No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or full payment card numbers by email or text.

11. Your rights and choices

You may, at any time:

To make a request, email info@trazony.com or call (781) 330-5604. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

12. Children's privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third-party links

Our site and the sites we build may link to third-party services — Google, social media platforms, booking tools, and payment providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or the law change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Continued use of our services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
